Is there a way that I can make my healer follow 1 random guy in a Duty (ST for example) and just heal people (I know that I need to queue myself).

You can manually /follow someone but you would have to attend the entire run. Firstly, you would have to be there to pick the follow target. Secondly, every time you reached a battle area you would have to un-follow or your casting would get interrupted every time they moved. Thirdly, /follow is interrupted when the target zones. Because of this, you would have to manually re-follow after each zone.
I do this with two ranged dps characters and it's not too bad.
