Assist not working and slows down the computer

Assist is not working for me after an update this morning. It will spam the console with that text and the reload hot key will not work. I have to exit the game to stop the app.
Tried to re-update the files listed in the console but problem still persist. Other features like gather and craft is still working though.

Copy replace this and restart the game.
